As per the latest court order dated 20 Sep 2019, candidates who have not qualified in NEET are also eligible for BAMS admission. Below is the abstract of the court order.

“In the ongoing counseling for the academic year 2019-20, after all NEET qualified students have made their choices and if seats remain unfilled, any other candidate who has not appeared for NEET examination, but has minimum 50% score in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12^th shall be permitted to take part in the admission counseling.”
