BAMS Admission Application Form : Ayurvedic Medical Colleges of Karnataka
Course : B.A. M.S.(Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or Ayurvedacharya Degree.
The degree have received recognition and approval of the Central Council of Indian Medicines ( CCIM ).
Duration : 5 & 1/2 years (Including One year compulsory rotating internship)
BAMS Admission Eligibility : PUC II / 10+2 / H.S.C.(Science) or any equivalent Exam. Student must have passed individually in Physics , Chemistry, Biology and English & with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (40% for SC/ST students).
Candidates who are passed B.Sc-I or B.Sc Degree of any recognised university with minimum 50% marks in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology taken together.
From session 2018, It is compulsory for candidate to qualify in NEET 2018 entrance exam to get admission in BAMS Ayurveda course as well.
BAMS admission and Selection to all ayurvedic medical colleges will be provisional and is subject to the norms / provisions made applicable by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Government of Karnataka as well the based upon the respective Institution's management.
Candidates will be intimated to appear for counseling, college visits if they fulfill the eligibility criterion.
The intimated candidates are required to appear for counseling as per the details shared on the candidate's registered E-mail. The candidates have to report to the college/counselling center/office. Counselling schedule will be shared on applicant's registered E-mail Id
The candidates shall bear all the expenses in connection with the counseling.
Candidates provisionally selected after the counseling will be intimated about the fees payable to the institutions.
Selection intimation letter is to be submitted to the college office at the time of paying the fees.
All communications from the college will be addressed to mailing address/Email ID given in the application form.
Admission secured on the basis of false information shall stand cancelled and the fees forfeited.
The classes will commence as per the calendar of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Candidates remaining absent for three consecutive days without prior permission shall forfeit their admission as well as fees. The same will be communicated to the candidates.
Note: Above application form is only for the admission guidance for ayurvedic courses in various BAMS colleges in Karnataka. We only counsel for the higher education in medical stream. Admission in various courses are based upon the candidate's eligibility and norms of respective colleges.
